Stock markets and crypto soared because of inflation of circulating US dollars, not because of perceived confidence in how the Biden admin would handle the economy. It is a hedge to protect your wealth in uncertain times. The value of the US Dollar vs cost of goods is evidence of this.

I just tried typing Ukraine on 9gag 5 mins back, it all turn out to be German memes and nothing to do with Ukraine.
