Meh, a ton of things happened between then and now, so I'd say it's fair for Haley to have changed her mind.

Haley occupies a different lane than Trump and he knows it - it's obvious that she will pull more support from DeSantis than from Trump and thus, on balance, help Trump's prospects. Note how he has barely criticized her so far while his attacks on DeSantis are getting increasingly unhinged.

Whatever DeSantis runs or not, whatever she's a serious candidate or not, whatever she and DeSantis support each others (!): Trump will not give up and will deprivate them from this precious 5-10% they need to win against the mysterious incoming democrat candidate.
