CNN publicly made that position years ago, and has avoided many lawsuits as a result. Fox tried (and failed) to uphold credability and got slapped multiple times for it as a result of O'Reilly, Hannity, Carlson, and other's "reporting".

Jeff Zucker made the hard shift 10 years ago, CNN no longer claims to be the news network it was founded as, and specifically dredges for ratings by pinning guests against each other in what is essentially a semi-scripted drama.

you seem overly focused on a single legal ruling (that didnt apply to all of Fox News fyi, just several specific programs) and less focused on reality. there's plenty of semi legit networks, PBS & BBC to name a few, and yet u choose CNN as the hill to die on. as frankly i hoped you would not. partisans gonna partisan.
