Im saying most of CNN's daily schedule has the same legitimacy of news to entertainment ratio as the daily schedule of Fox News. there's only a few slight programs that i think aren't equivalent.

im not having a hard time understanding your point, most 5th graders could i assume. but when i asked you to give a definition for what qualifies as news (as you say Fox doesnt but CNN does) you just cited fox saying in court for liability that they are ALL entertainment. which legally was done so that they cant be sued for anything, easier than saying "this show is actually pretty fact based". CNN has largely done the same, any time they're legally challenged they call their hosts entertainers as well. and they have been, many times over the years. Fox just has gotten sued slightly more.

didnt say they was. but they got charged in connextion to that investigation.

Also none of that debunks it.

You have to have evidence it didn't happen. You can't cite a lack of evidence as your evidence.
At best your argument right now is no one knows.

Well CNN never made that position in court Fox has. Thats what constitutes as news to me.
If you're in court under oath that's what I'm going to believe.

As for the 5th grader comment, I imagine a fifth grader is brighter than most people on this site.

CNN got sued for lying by Nicholas Sandmann as was forced to pay settlement money instead of proving their good name
