i gave you a correction to your post, that's about it. just stated you some facts and realism in here so you won't have to think everything you read is accurate.
the discussion is not about how strong the IDF is and who has the bigger sausage, that's uninteresting and irrelevant.
outsiders are more than welcome coming here and learn and see for themselves how Israel\IDF\Gaza really is ( without taking a side ). i always teach my son that it's best to see with your own eyes
the world and stuff that you find intersting for a MUCH better point of view. no joke , im not kidding.
he wants to climb a mountain ? let's do it.
you wanna dive ? let's learn.
Israel-Gaza conflict interest you ? take a trip and see, meet people and talk about it afterwards and do you own math if your thoughts before and after are the same. maybe and maybe not.
maybe all of you think all Israelis are some kinda religious old Jews that smells like farts. no idea.
Thank you for the correction.
Do you think my experience of the IDF and Israel would be different than a Palestinians?
I agree with the sentiment that you should visit and learn about places you talk about though. If I had the option to I would visit but sadly I don't, maybe someday. Until then I have to make up my mind with what is available to me.
I blame the British/US for the conflict more than the Israelis or the Palestinians, the reason I'm more critical of Israel is simply because they have had more power to shape the direction of the country than the Palestinians have. We probably won't agree on these things, maybe just because I am ignorant of the reality but I don't actually have a problem with Israeli people or jews, mostly just the government there.
