Well, it's public knowledge. So yes obviously. However, Fox is not a news network never claimed to be. They have been taken to federal court many times and argued this fact.

No, at the least they are both. Fox is ONLY entertainment was my point.

fox, cnn, msnbc, etc are all both news and entertainment. fox argued (successfully) in court that a specific show was to be taken as entertainment only. but all of them present recent events and lay out facts for those events, they all do this in a biased manner and selectively present facts while putting biased commentary over the top.

Fox has argued more than once they are not a news organization at all.

Solely entertainment.
