if we disqualified judges based on how we assume they would vote on a hypothetical case nobody would ever get through

I think the desire for activist judges and the knee jerk reactions to attack these people with lifelong respectable careers over personal political leanings or because they were chosen by a president we didn't vote for is more of a threat to the country than an assumed vote on a case they probably wouldn't ever take up and even if they did still not disqualifying in my view

If this is legit, it's things like this coming out daily is EXACTLY why there needs to be an FBI (or some other type of) investigation.

This is the letter, posted on Facebook, from a woman who knew Kavanaugh, Judge and Blasey Ford and claims that the attack did happen, that "many of us heard about it in school," and that it was talked about for days afterward.
The FBI should interview her and others.
