The site of the Al-Asqa Mosque was being used for a landfill dumping ground at the time of Mohammad , it was Solomons Temple but it was knocked down so many times they gave up and left it derelict .

the furthest mosque at the time of Mohammad was probably in Saudi Arabia or nearby .
