He's legally required to report the account on public financial disclosures, and didn't, and B.) any President holding a secret bank account in China (even if it's completely benign) is a nightmare for counterintelligence.

everyone who operates any business in or is even doing due diligence for operations in any capacity in China, even a lemonade stand or a soup kitchen has to open a bank account there.
