People are just so fucking stupid most of the time it is really hard.
You can't consider the biological without considering the sociological. You can't talk about the body without considering how we organize and distribute things like food, healthcare, education, power, justice, etc. You can't talk about those things without actual human needs. So many people are off in abstraction somewhere because of how knowledge is set up in western academia in general, where everything is siloed and compartmentalized and nobody studies how things interact worth a shit. Our knowledge is like a thousand plateaus with no bridges.
