China, Iran, even Japan? Are probably faking numbers in the most gross way, but there's a lot of cases in OECD countries where:

- Someone call his doctor because he/she feels sick, asking what to do, answer will be: "Stay at home, don't come here, and if the pain is too big call emergencies"
=> not tested, not "suspicious", free to spread.
