There's nothing better than the stench of desperation in bumping every minor story from eight years ago.

I still wish excellence had the intellectual honesty to actually admit the person who's smarter than him who's bringing up all of these niggling points on a blog that he clearly reads uncritically, but it's still pretty amusing even with the extra remove.

A class action lawsuit against the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz moved forward two days ago.

Here are the 6 charges: fraud, negligent misrepresentation, deceptive conduct, monetary restitution for donors of Sanders, the DNC breaking its own fiduciary duties, and negligence for failing to protect sensitive donor information that was hacked.
