Quote (Black XistenZ @ Jan 6 2024 11:41am)
If DeSantis was the GOP nominee, would you vote for him over Biden? What about Haley? I can respect your position, even if I personally disagree with it - but I'm curious where you draw the line. Similarly, if 2016 had come down to Cruz vs Clinton, would you have gone with Cruz?
2016 I'm not sure about Cruz vs Clinton. I maintain the belief that Hillary would've been a pretty good president, even though she has the same hang ups as any Democrat in my eyes as a social conservative. Hillary is smarter and more informed than any president since her husband. It's honestly a disgrace that she lost to such an incompetent no-nothing reality star like Trump. People pretend that's an indictment of her... it's not. It's an indictment of "us" as American voters. We're a country filled with fucking retards. I'll maintain this belief until I die... 2016 was nothing but a toddler-like temper tantrum from grown ass men/women, and nothing else.
Haley vs Biden I'm taking Haley. DeSantis vs Biden I'm either writing in or taking DeSantis, it would depend on how low DeSantis sinks himself to appeal to the Trump cult. Again, I'm no Democrat, I'm just a right-leaning guy who actually cares about opposing weirdo death cults and maintaining American democracy, unlike you and your fellow PaRD right-wingers. You guys think Trump and Trumpism is a big joke that doesn't really matter but as a Christian I oppose nihilism so I oppose you.
I think I'm going to save this quote.
Edit - Actually, if it were to be DeSantis vs Biden, I might choose Biden if DeSantis lowers himself to the level of being an anti-democratic force like Trump. Which is possible in this silly scenario where Trump doesn't win the nomination. Again, the reality is that unless Biden or Trump die(Trump dying would be great), the presidency run will be Trump vs Biden.
