Ever since marijuana became legal for most of the population, people have been WAY more docile. We used to kill cops, have massive protests, etc. back in the day. Once marijuana became GMO for most of the population, it was game over for the people because they have no will to fight. People who use marijuana are basically blue-pilled.

Isn't it mostly infrastructure because McConnell made it that way? You're right that it will take a decade or so to see results but with no more lead pipes, we'll probably see fewer people like Sunny in 40 years.

All big spending bills are a pork fiesta. By the pitiful standards of such bills, this infrastructure bill seems mild and like it funnels a comparatively high share of its overall spending toward worthwhile projects. I, for my part, am glad that it passed.

Bridge and road repair, improving broadband infrastructure, rebuilding the electric grid. As usual, there's about 9 dollars of waste for every dollar of prudent investment, but that's probably inevitable - the swamp always gets its cut.

none of these things will happen. our roads and bridges always have funds to be repaired its called fucking local taxes; it never happens. broadband lol okay fine they’ll build some towers in more areas so people like skinned can get LTE sometimes. i consider that a positive electric grid probably needs a rebuild because everyone is busy making elon rich (sidenote i drive a tesla sometimes and man those things are like rocket ships accelerating)
