That Hunter Biden is a corrupt, useless fuckup with a drug problem was obvious, just like it was obvious that his shady business dealings in Ukraine were real and not "Russian disinformation". But as far as I can remember, this tangent toward "Hunter is actually a pedophile, and his father knew and covered it up" only emerged during the very last days of the campaign and reeked of a desperation move by the Trump campaign who were trying find a personal smear against the Bidens when they actually had nothing that stuck.

What we know is there were pictures on the laptop of them together in a state of undress, the kind we can't post, and that Hallie had told Joe and Jill Biden and a psychiatrist that Hunter had been "sexually inappropriate" with Natalie. And that Hallie was refusing to let Hunter near Natalie again, saying she would call the police or go to the media if that's what it took to keep him away from her daughter, and insisted Joe Biden be present if they're together. And that Joe Biden's brother communicated how he and Joe were on Hunter's side and would circle to wagons and try to destroy Hallie if she went public.
