A good comparison is, who remembers that Democrats hollered about the Mueller report being partially redacted, now?
Who gives a shit?

All anyone remembers is that it was a dud

it's almost like you people think that if you just keep repeating that, it somehow becomes reality.

a report documenting in detail how your president not only welcomed, but actively encouraged foreign interference with american elections to benefit him, and then obstructed justice on multiple occasions, and lied about it publicly to cover it up does not magically vanish, just because republicans in washington 'decided' that is fine, as long as he makes their donors happy. you apparently don't have the slightest clue what a stain of historic proportions this whole presidency is. in just 3 years, trump significantly damaged america's reputation, dependability and standing in the world, and you people will forever be remembered as his brownshirts...

A disgrace. Voting against John Bolton testifying will haunt this Senate's legacy for decades. The GOP has voted to give the chief executive an even greater expansion of powers. This will do long-term damage to the country and the supposed greatest deliberative body in the world for years to come.

I can't believe any1 actually thought the impeachment was going to work...

Who says it's the house's job to gather evidence and not the senate's? Certainly not the constitution, or any laws that have been passed.

I don't think a large portion of people thought Trump would be removed. Still, impeachment is worth-while because the president blatantly abused his power for personal gain.

As I said previously, it was a "pick your poison" situation for the GOP. Of course this vote will cost them politically. But allowing further, damaging witnesses to testify and to drag the process out, only for them to acquit Trump in the end anyway, would also have caused them political damage. They made the calculation that the public is kinda tired of this whole impeachment process, that they can delay Bolton's book in court, and that the whole thing will run out of steam even if damaging new info comes out, as long as it's not a total bombshell. Also, with the Democratic primaries and later the general election campaign under way, new infos on the old Ukraine story might not gain much traction. I personally think their calculation is correct.

Oh yeah, for weeks and weeks, there is a super high profile impeachment process against the President of the United States, and John Bolton has explosive and highly relevant infos on the events which lie at the core of this impeachment - but he only comes forward with his info shortly before his new book comes out. What a principled conservative and totally not a sellout he is...

people like commie skinned still think if you say something in the internet it must be true. calling people he hates “principled” or “conservative” is his way of trying to add credibility to his emotional posts

only thing bolton wants to conserve is the military industrial warmongering complex. of course a junior boomer like skinned would try and cheerlead for this type of individual

yep just like mueller’s report. 2 years of election-deniers working themselves into a frenzy all for a dud

oh and avenatti - the media and many lefties hailed him as the ‘savior of the republic’ who would take down drumpf in 2020 lmfao

You wouldn't recognize principles so I'm not surprised.

And excellence you voted for a guy who appointed mr. Warmonger military complex into his cabinet you tard. I've never voted for anyone who would appoint him to anything, even garbage collector, you did cuck.

Never accept the "both sides" narrative. It doesn't exist in reality.

Bolton was one of the worst personnel decisions of Trump's presidency. Iirc, I said as much back when he was appointed.

Consistent with who he is though.
