Yeah, 28% is right around where GWB was at the height of the worst recession in recent memory, which came on top of a disastrous foreign war, hurricane Katrina as well as tons of bungled judicial appointments and failed bills.
Someone with a small media presence getting that low during our hyperpolarized times is almost farcical.
