Social media companies should be able to take measures to not be complicit in crimes. If employees at Hobby Lobby taking birth control means their employer is culpable for their sins then Twitter would definitely be accomplices to any crimes organized on the platform.

They are trying to be lawful citizens by limiting criminal usage of their technology.

The police did let people in. Its part of protocol because they were overrun.

If the capital police was properly staffed they wouldnt have got in.
