They're a noxious gas - will fill every available space if allowed. Oppression is the only answer. If we're being honest they probably like it. Win win

I love this description. They truly are a chaotic force of nature, much like a gas - driven to expand by primal entropy. The only option is to then oppress them, much like we oppress gases into cylinders and whatnot in order to do useful work via a pressure differential.
