Youtube for me has long been one of the last bastions of independent free thinking. Sad, but not surprising to see private equity make its way in and start picking up all the big names. The most important item discussed in that video in my opinion is, when approached by private equity and working out a deal is that often the seller is now given a long list of things they can no longer discuss, obviously squelching you. Curating the audiences thoughts to what private equity wants.
