The hell are you talking about the failure was the wind power not working. You literally said the gas failed in one sentence then said the weatherizing talking point which was the media’s scrambling to defend all the “green” power which failed immediately when the weather got bad.

Where I live it gets easily -10 -20 in the winters and I have never once had a gas failure. If pipelines froze or whatever you are trying to say my entire community would be wiped out every February. Before that even we may make it to mid January before freezing to death.

Texas specifically had their natural gas power fail because they didn't weatherize. Literally every other state is under the federal electrical grid which requires their natural gas power supply to be capable of withstanding the kind of storm that Texas had if they're in a place that could have such a storm. Texas was also warned in 2012 by the federal government that this kind of storm was pretty much guaranteed within 10 years and they would face mass power outages if they didn't weatherize.

I see you don't even know the basics of the situation. There's nothing wrong with that. We're all ignorant of certain things. But since you don't know jack shit you should probably not try to speak with authority.

That explains all those people who died because they used their GAS ovens to heat the house. A simple google search for local articles will inform you that while they didn’t have electricity to heat their homes, a ridiculously large number of people used their gas powered appliances as a heat source.

Propane gas for ovens is not the same as a natural gas pipeline for an electrical power plant.
