Good observation, hope the jury sees that.

When the prosecution says Memory is sharper when it happens it always involves the FBI reports to discredit them when they don't remember completely.

witness should have stated "i was also more sure when i told the FBI because at the time i was not under oath, today i am under oath and wont say under oath i recall exactly those words. it was fucking chaos. sorry your honor. it was freakin chaos."

prosecutor really overly focusing on kyle stating he didnt shoot anyone as a quote. odd. just seems like a smallball character aspect to try and establish he was lying? its not a material fact.
