Anyway, I love Killer Mike but I'm not sure what his argument is. Is he claiming BLM and other black-centric protest groups aren't making or haven't made any progress towards systemic change? The fact that deaths by police have been a central focus of the news for years makes me think otherwise.

Their intentions are not honest, either way if they were to do what he suggested they wouldn't have a need to revolt anymore.
He's saying they're not ready to be free, they are still dependents, then brings up relevant examples of freedom gone wrong.
