I think you should try watching a WLC debate and if you have already I question your ability to think rationally. WLC is a fucking joke.

To be fair though... all of Christian apologetics is a fucking joke. It's impossible to construct an argument that stands up to scrutiny and defends the theistic position. I don't know why people even bother trying... Much better to say 'I believe this is the answer to the things I cannot know even though I have no reasonable evidence to support that position.' At least then it would be honest instead of pretending there actually is some rationally defensible basis for such a belief.

I'm quite capable of understanding the simple and completely debunked cosmological and teleological arguments that form the meat of any WLC opening statement... and then there's his bullshit about the resurrection miracle and how he 'proves' it actually happened.

The guy is a charlatan and a sham and because you cannot actually support his arguments (because we both know there are glaring holes in them) you sink to throwing insults instead.

So - tell me which valid points you think WLC makes in his arguments and why not see if I am capable of understanding them. I assure you I can do more than simply understand them - I can tell you why they hold no water. Perhaps you'll learn something.

Just one that he would use to defend the rationality of the theistic worldview will do. Once I've shown you why it sucks you can feel free to present another or admit that he's a sham... or you could just admit that now and save yourself the time and trouble.
