So today's incredible HRC news story is she tried to blame Colin Powell for her email scandal. This is so ridiculous.

1) Colin Powell used an AOL account for non-security related communication because the State Dept didn't not have a good system and technology was being developed back in 2001. All sensitive emails were still sent by Powell through proper secured government systems.

2) HRC claims Powell recommended this set up while at a dinner. Powell has no recollection of this conversation. He said he did send her a letter explaining to her his set up and reasons for it (See #1 above). Even if this dinner conversation happened, it was still years AFTER she already set up her own clintonemail.com. Either she is blatantly lying or bending the truth to cover her tracks.

3) If the US Government had any reasons to suspect Powell of sending something illegal through AOL, all they had to do was order AOL to turn over all the backup data which AOL keeps (don't think it hasn't happened before to other people). Clinton willfully destroyed permanently (AFTER the government requested access) all emails she claimed were personal. Since this was a server in her basement, she could claim she had no backup data and no one could do anything about it. How convenient.

4) HRC sent ALL of her emails, personal and work-related. through her servers (YES MULTIPLE SERVERS) in her basement during her entire time as Secretary of State, the most important official at the State Department.

5) Even if she had used a private email service like Google's GMAIL, it would've been much more secure than a homemade server in someone's basement. Google has hundreds of dedicated engineers working to protect their email system. HRC only had Bryan Pagliano, a mid-level (at best) IT guy maintaining her unsecured servers. Of course, HRC knew if the government suspected her of wrong-doing, they will force Google to turn over all the backup data. Not using the secured State Department's email system (which was vastly improved during her time there in 2009-2013) and having her own servers would ensure NO ONE WILL UNCOVER SOME OF THINGS SHE WAS TRYING TO HIDE.
It really is not hard to see, HRC KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING. SHE HAD HER OWN SERVERS BECAUSE SHE HAD SOMETHING TO HIDE. ALSO, BECAUSE OF HER WILLFUL NEGLIGENCE, SHE PUT AMERICA AT EXTREME RISK SECURITY-WISE. Was her server compromised? What logical conclusion would you come up with?
Blaming it on Colin Powell is the most ridiculous story of the day.
