Background story: Ubisoft was struggling financially, Assassin's Creed fans were asking for years for an installment in Japan with ninja. They went full woke and the only playable characters are Yasuke (a slave made weapon carrier of the Shogun before he was allowed to go back) and a lesbian female ninja. I mean they could've easily banked like another CoD sequel but they had to go full retard. Fans pointed out, Yasuke wasn't a samurai and the depiction was incorrect. Leftists went to the Wikipedia page to ninja edit Yasuke from weapon carrier to a Samurai
Well, Ubisoft was forced to delay the launch in December 2024. They are about to go bankrupt. Latest news from them was "but you won't miss out on anything if you don't play as Yasuke!" It's a choice to consume only half of the content you buy
