Not yet. Jeb just dropped out. Most of these supporters will go to other establishment candidates, including Rubio.
As more Republicans drop from the race, the establishment candidates will stand to benefit.
Trump thrives in a crowded field. His support is deep but narrow. He is not many people's second choice. People either love him or hate him.
So as the field narrows, Cruz or Rubio can take control. My money is on Rubio, and it has been since about October-ish when Jeb's campaign imploded.
