Correct, eating too much sugar is bad in all sorts of ways. dental health especially.
but that's not the context, does sugar feed and therefore make cancer worse. if yes, any sugar makes it worse. same way that any amount of gasoline added to fire makes the fire bigger. and if so, then cancer patients should ingest any sugar.

You exactly know what kind of sugar is meant. Refined sugar added to stuff extra. Eating an apple as a whole and lots of fruits has never been a problem. Making juices out of them then enhancing by refined sugar is a big problem. An average apple has got 50kcal. TO eat 5000kcal, you'd need to eat 100 of them. Show me a fatso who could do that. Do you know how much kcal a single coca cola bottle has? 420kcal per liter! Drinking 2-4 liter instead of water is easy peasy compared to the amount of apples.
If "sugar" helps cancer, then it's going to be anything that increases your glycemic load, not just refined sugars.
