this is correct, crime stats are an end around to imply black people are inherently bad. as a native of the midwest we heard for a decade crime was "moving north" first to milwaukee from chicago, then from milwakee to madison, then from milwaukee to MN-St paul, and on it goes. it means "black people are moving there, and any minor uptick in crime that results will be overblown".

I do understand the sentiment in this thread that the facts do bore that most mass shootings are committed by Blacks, and that 52-59% of all solved homicides in the country are committed by blacks.
And I also would like to point out that most murders are of the same race, except that the amount of Black on White murders is about the same as the amount of White on White murders, and this is unacceptable.
