Cultural of course. You have Asian cultures that idolizes tradition, education, and hard work ethics. You have Eastern European cultures that does the same but to a lesser extent. You have Western cultures that idolizes scientific acumen, entrepreneurship, and nuclear family values.

Then you have black cultures in the West and in Africa that idolize criminal cultures of street gangs.

No way they can produce different outcomes, right? At least according CRT, that idolization is an achievement to be celebrated because it is an artistic expression.

In terms of gang cultures? I would imagine it doesn't exist in EVERY African country, but it is quite extensively pervasive among blacks worldwide. I'm not saying all blacks are like that but it is a fairly common cultural norm for blacks worldwide.

I think it's interesting to think about all the blacks outside of poverty that are not involved in gangs. I used to work with a black guy in my office - he was a lawyer - and I was shocked - shocked I tell ya - when I found out he wasn't in a gang!
