the whole point of this (apart from the religious pandering to close-minded bigots who want to impose their lifestyle choices onto others) is to disproportionally punish poor and minority women. those that can't afford to just go to another state where bigots haven't taken full control of legislation yet. we both know that conservative politicians' wives and mistresses will still have their abortions, we both know that all this does is make abortions less safe, and women in difficult situations extremely desperate - trying to force poor people to have poor kids they don't want, further increasing your already devastating poverty rate. back to the middle ages with you, lol.

Let's say that somehow Derek Chauvin's appeal wound up at the US supreme court instead of the MN one, like the civil rights trial could allow. A sequence of events because a mayor and governor bowed to the mob, because prosecutors bowed to the mob, because a judge bowed to the mob, because the jury was the mob. Would Kavanaugh have no qualms about lighting America on fire? Well there's at least one arsonist on this court, whether its a justice or more likely a clerk.
