lack of censorship with lots of raw content provides some opportunity to see things like canada ordering a horse stomping of its people that tends to be banned everywhere else.

Nope I agreed with Trudeau's decision to shut down the criminal activity. I can agree with a decision without liking the person who made the decision nor agreeing with other decisions they've made. I have never and will never vote for Trudeau.



I don't disagree. But shutting down the economy isn't going to change anything. You have to convince the people first. I put some effort into that but it went nowhere. And as things stand right now C19 is among the least of the worlds problems so I'm not going to waste energy on it.

Noone was trampled to death.
C19 has had almost 0 impact on me. I had to wear a mask in public for minutes at a time for awhile, but that is a mild inconvenience at worst. I'm far more concerned with the new cold war than a SARS variant. When ebola mutates and starts spreading like the cold, that will be entirely different.
