You can get internet fairly easily far in the wood in 2021 depend what phone company you use . Gaming ain't optimal but don't care much as i don't really game much nowadays. D2R ladder reset sound fun for a few days but i got tired fast of this NL season already. I was interested to play Lost Ark but for some reasons, feels like that game would require too much of my time to get where i'd enjoy the game.

I used to love gaming but nowadays, i'd rather learn something fun instead.

I got a new hobby and it's weird i'm having it now in my 30s but i started to love doing model kits and online puzzles. It's relaxing AF.

edit: also expect internet to be even better in the not so distant future with Elon Musk new internet service/phone for remote locations.

I think it's appropriate to discriminate/encourage behaviors as opposed to some sort of pre-existing conditions. Do you have a gym membership? Discount. Do you have an annual physical? Discount. Get a flu shot? Discount. Basically, any sort of "healthy" behavior is often encouraged by health insurance companies IMO.

Yes. My guilty pleasure is buying furniture from Chinese companies, assembling it, and then returning it for a refund. Anything to chip into their bottom line.
