No, birth rates have been falling for 50 years, mostly in Western nations. Fertility falling and birth defects have been rising steadily as we introduce more Phthalates into our life styles.
There are decade long studies that show this in the evidence.
About the masks. I have worked in industries where people never used to wear a mask and people died from respiratory issues. The death rates fell of a cliff with the introduction of masks.
Before doctors and surgeons wore masks, death rates were much higher than they were immediately afterwards.
