I hate cigarettes and never smoked them. Doesn't mean people shouldn't have the right to smoke the nasty pieces of garbage.

Problem is you make the decision when you are a dumb kid and get the consequences as an adult with a family.

Honestly I think we should raise most ages of consent to 25. In Rome you weren't allowed to enter into real business agreements until 25 and I think that's a better system.

You use that as an argument, but you can join the military and die at 18 or 17 with a parent's permission or emancipation.

I fucking hate cigarettes, but I think people have a right to choose. At 18, you're an adult.

There should be real consequences for people that sell to those under 18. Not just a slap on the wrist.
