numerous fraud cases in civil court against him by insurance agencies / credit unions
2x felony reckless endangerment/firearms, 1x felony felon in possession of firearm
bail jumping, THC possession, resisting/obstructing, disorderly conduct, felony THC, felony THC, felony strangulation, obstruction, operating without license, no seat belt, deadbeat dad x2 paternity cases, obstruction, felony THC, felony battery / intended harm


So yeah, pretty sure this case boils down to:

{Black gentleman} with lengthy criminal record of numerous felonies is still out on the streets because of the wonderful criminal justice system
{Black gentleman} commits/involved with a stabbing, flees in vehicle, sees police blockade, rams through it, sees a crowd in his path, rams through 20 women and children

Also gotta love that the most recent violent crime spree by this guy had him released on a whopping $1000 bond, despite his lengthy rap sheet of violent felonies

Character evidence is no bueno, isn't that why Rittenhouse's bloodlust vids were disallowed

I don't think they'll have any problem proving him guilty of the crime, and prior acts are admissible at sentencing. He might even get the ultimate punitive sentence in an American court system in 2021, a suspended sentence with downward departure

It would be racist to put that future black doctor in jail. He should walk free.
