name another example of a government forcing its people to do something with their own bodies against their will

government that has control over a persons own body is a very extreme concept

you still have the "freedom" to lose your job and go homeless, society will be just fine once all of you people air out

Current Vaccine mandates arent "forced" they just limit your ability to willfully endanger others if you choose not to get them
Other mandates include:
Vaccine mandates for soldiers
Taxes
Vaccine mandates for travel
Mandated safety features in cars
All happened before Covid

Oh and lets not forget Texas making it a crime to do what you want with your body eh?

You said freedom at all costs. Seems you don't actually think that.

if you want to be a part of society like have a job or have employees for example...under the mandate, a vaccine is required and not an option.

Incorrect, you can get a job just not as a federal worker. There are many jobs that will allow you to work with just a mask on if you do not want the vaccine. My point still stands there are many other mandates that by your logic/definition go against your ideology of Freedom yet are staples for US Citizens and the nation as a whole
