This "picture" is a terrible spread of false informations regarding Covid-19 vaccination; mentally vulnerable people will read and think it's true, some of them will die or get very expensive treatments because unvaccinated.

You can now be sure to have blood on your hand. You are directly responsible of the death of innocent (and stupid, i will agree) people.

My opinion is: You should be listed and eventually neutralized for this crime/offense.

(ie: you are claiming that vaccination killed more than 18k people...)
