If you claim that you're so good with statistics you should know the statistics tell you that a larger % of criminals than you'd expect are black people.
There's your problem. Solve that and you've miraculously solved your "systemic racism".
Funny btw that a normal black dude is an uncle Tom in your book. Dude doesn't fit your narrative or?
Its almost like the "system" is larger than law enforcement, and that people who are pro-police reform are also pro other types of reform in the system that will cause a lower criminality percent among blacks, myself included.
its funny that you're anti police reform, because blacks be criminals, but also anti reforms that may cause a lower number of criminal blacks.

the system cant change, because of bad people, that may be drastically reduced in future times by system change, but it cant change, because they exist, and always will, because we cant change.
the police system needs a ground up re-work, step 1 is to get rid of all fatty cops. if ur a 90 lb woman who wants the job, fine, but u better be a BJJ blackbelt. that cunt who mistook a gun for a tazer is just as unfit for the uniform as Chauvin was.

Calling someone a nig in Georgia not okay. Calling someone a nig in Colorado is okay because only 3.7% of people are impacted.
That's your logic mate.
no. not all acts are subject to the same relationship with proportionality.
some things are inarguably problematic, some things are situationally problematic.
