Never said the supreme court made an opinion.

So you're going to totally dismiss the merits of the case because Obama appointed them.

Thanks for not wasting my time by just keeping your dishonesty on full display for all to see. Nothing for me to highlight when you're just this brazen about it.

Not dismissing but when the juicy quote is basically written by partisan appointees it's not as clear-cut.

Seeing a trend. Once again it's a swing state that Democrats are trying to turn blue where these laws are deemed racist.

Are there any such laws being thrown out in non-purple or deep blue states? If not why not?

pervasive racism in the agents of the law enforcement system is systematic racism. there is no fundamental difference.

i have a Criminal Justice major with a statistics minor with all of my stats work in criminology and 10 years experience working in the legal system. but sure, find an uncle tom youtube video to fit your bias if you'd like.

i have serious issues with BLM organizations, SJW nutcases who can't get real about the stats, etc. but you're just failing to see grey like i said.

in any case, feel happy knowing i take you as seriously as you take me.

If you claim that you're so good with statistics you should know the statistics tell you that a larger % of criminals than you'd expect are black people.

There's your problem. Solve that and you've miraculously solved your "systemic racism".

Funny btw that a normal black dude is an uncle Tom in your book. Dude doesn't fit your narrative or?

Every federal court judge is appointed by the president. You are just making yourself sound like an idiot when you call the appeals court "partisan appointees" and not the supreme court. They're both appointed from the same position and have the same nomination and confirmation process.

The answer to your question is pretty simple. The laws intended to screw over minorities are being passed by the Republican party, and they are targeting swing states with these laws, because swing states are the ones they can.... swing.... with those laws.

That's the problem. They can't admit it. It's that fucking weird. I swear people take everything personal and love to play the victim. If i was black, i'd be a smart black man who could see my race is doing nothing productive but sell/smoke crack and make babies they don't raise. I'd try to push my race toward positivity instead of blaming the white man.

The white man ain't the reason you smoking crack/selling crack/heroin to your own people. The white man ain't forcing you to disown your kid only to go get pegged in the street for some crack.

Kidding right? Im 200% sure Biden doesn't even know where he's at right now. I'm 200% positive he received a paper from his boss telling him what to do/say.

Biden thinking! LOL

Its almost like the "system" is larger than law enforcement, and that people who are pro-police reform are also pro other types of reform in the system that will cause a lower criminality percent among blacks, myself included.

its funny that you're anti police reform, because blacks be criminals, but also anti reforms that may cause a lower number of criminal blacks.

the system cant change, because of bad people, that may be drastically reduced in future times by system change, but it cant change, because they exist, and always will, because we cant change.

the police system needs a ground up re-work, step 1 is to get rid of all fatty cops. if ur a 90 lb woman who wants the job, fine, but u better be a BJJ blackbelt. that cunt who mistook a gun for a tazer is just as unfit for the uniform as Chauvin was.

Calling someone a nig in Georgia not okay. Calling someone a nig in Colorado is okay because only 3.7% of people are impacted.

That's your logic mate.

no. not all acts are subject to the same relationship with proportionality.

some things are inarguably problematic, some things are situationally problematic.

I have nothing against the result. He was guilty of charge. My problem is, lot of issues wouldn't happen if the black community decided to live like normal people.

1: Work
2: Stop being useless in the ghetto. Contribute instead of making kids and running away when it's time to raise a kid.
3: Stop selling crack to your own people
4: Stop smoking crack
5: Help your own brothers and sisters instead of spending time online blaming the white people

If you already know black on black crime don't get solved most of the time, why don't you be a better man and take out all the filth in y'all ghettos to rebuild new?

(All the above is targeted toward the people in question, not you)

The barriers in place that are preventing these things from happening are what needs to be addressed and not have the point of view “why don’t you just work and stop selling drugs”.

If it was as simple as just getting a job, that would have happened by now.

The argument is that blacks are poor and can't afford ID's so basically they are being targeted by these laws.

And then there's this reality

Quote
What if I don't have one of the six acceptable forms of photo ID?

Barriers? You guys put these own barriers in y'all head acting all weird in public because you think everyone is there to get you. Wake the fuck up. Nobody but a handful of rednecks hate you. It's like transgenders who act like we all hate them. Sure i might look at you differently because you look fucking weird but i won't hate you for it. Your life your decisions. Like people just need to man the fuck up and act like the man/woman they are.

When i dated my black ex, we once went to a good restaurant with one of her friend couple . (Who's also black). When we entered the restaurant , the dude GF said... this place ain't for us, people will look at us like we dont belong... My GF at the time told her "WTF YOU ON ABOUT"... the point i'm trying to make is, more often then not, it's in the black person head. Sure racism exist but it's not 98% the white ppl who are racist. A very low percentage are.

Or is it a red state that is turning blue organically where laws are being put into place to prevent it.
