If somebody is assaulted or filmed that's against the rules even if we let dicks in the women's bathroom, and can happen in any bathroom. Once again, we don't have a penis inspection before going into a bathroom. Sounds like these rules can't be enforced to begin with.
Against the law, you mean. Hence, crime involved.
To the best of my knowledge, there's no "law" requiring the man to use the mens restroom (outside of some specific government buildings). There are laws requiring employers to provide mens and womens restrooms, both must include a toilet, and the women's restroom must include a method of disposal for "sanitary towels". However, regarding "laws" making a man going into a woman's restroom a crime? I don't know of any. There are policies against it, but as with most things, it's an honor system. Men going creeper voyeur in women's restrooms? Policy violation, can cause loss of employment or ejection from property, but again, no crime, no news coverage.
The problem with your posts on this subject is you're 100% focused on how to control people. Even after I explain to you why the policy is there and how the policy can be legally used as a safety net to trespass violators, you still want to argue "Well, you can't know BEFORE they violate the policy, therefore the policy's stupid!" That's the most idiotic thing ever. You can't possibly know somebody is going to commit murder to enforce your law against murder either, can you? After the fact, it's a tad late, no? So just make murder legal? Oh, wait, that's not why the laws exist. Laws and policies provide guidelines for acceptable behavior. If you are found violating those laws or guidelines, then action can be taken against you. AKA, it's a safety net to discourage unwanted behavior
