It is illegal for Tesla to interfere with unionization efforts. If they did indeed fire an employee for unionizing he/she will get a competent labor attorney and receive their job back / back-pay. That is a terrible example.

What if all conservatives were actually racist(they aren’t), what would you do about it in reality? Calling people racist only goes so far. I don’t care if someone thinks or calls me a racist, why should they? Do you think that will end racism or do you think it will only make people think more radically when everything is said and done?

I guess my question is what do your kind do with these “racists” in real life? Do you think they will opt in for “re-education” or should they be forced into it in your kind’s true fascist form? that's a whole different argument, which you also based on a false premise. if you looked at the FACTS, and just not your silly FOX news narrative, you'd realise that no one 'canceled' dr. seuss, but that a company made a decision (something conservatives usually pretend to be in favour of btw) to pull some of its barely profitable products, based on blatantly racist tropes contained.
right wing outrage culture and victim mentality made a much bigger deal of it than it actually is. dr. seuss is neither banned nor canceled, and no one suggests all of it is bad now. that's alarmist strawmanning.

what the author of the tweet that upset you so much was pointing out is that it's noteworthy that the whole "we're just so concerned about free speech and cancel culture" spiel repeatedly happens when it comes to racist content, while topics the right and christian conservatives generally oppose are often target of ACTUAL cancellation attempts. the point is that it's not a principled stance, but fabricated outrage to defend bigoted views - so much for "cherry picking" btw.

concerning disney, i'm pretty sure the disney company is not selling those racist cartoons these days. not that disney isn't terrible for a million different reasons...
