What am I not being clear about? I don't even deny the government's right to tax ammunition. If they want to impose a dollar per bullet tax, that's fine. Anyone who doesn't like it can make their own. It's the idea that people have to get some bogus psyche evaluation to exercise their basic 2A rights. This would not be tolerated for any other right in the Bill of Rights. Why would you expect it to be tolerated for this?
