In Minnesota, the tribal rights to fish are the most controversial to our 'sportsmen'. Between natives and 'sportsmen', some of the lakes have been fished to dangerously low levels. We often have to catch and release because of slot limits being restricted because of the over fishing between Minnesotans and Natives.
