Almost all of the backlog is on federal land. And at least where I am the fires are all chaparral, not woodlands. And where I am 40k acres are burning due to gender reveal parties and illegal fireworks. Humans did it.

from what i've read this is up to the Fed's to manage so in this scenario trump is blaming himself
