If you kill someone to provide a better life for your child, you go to prison.

We're so lenient with illegals that we're only sending them back.

that post doesnt address punishment, that's tangential. hardcore republicans simultaneously think people shouldnt illegally immigrate to help their kids but would hunt down and shoot someone that grabs their daughter by the pussy.

There's a big difference between "you shouldn't do this" and "we have to stop you from doing this".

I understand why people want to immigrate into the United States, and I sympathize with them. But at the end of the day, we need a process for integrating new immigrants and we certainly can't accept illegals jumping the line, especially when we're trying to build those robust safety nets that our resident leftists so desperately crave.

Those safety nets are shored up by the taxes the undocumented are paying while receiving little to no benefit in exchange.

A recount could be looming in the 4th Congressional District race between two Democrats as more uncounted ballots surfaced on Thursday.

Officials in Newton, Wellesley and Franklin on Thursday restarted counting primary ballots after Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin filed a court order to authorize local poll workers to continue counting ballots that were received on time and had not been tallied by the end of Tuesday night.

In Franklin, poll workers Thursday evening were counting about 3,000 uncounted ballots — much more than the previously estimated 600 uncounted ballots, according to a spokeswoman for the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office.

The newly discovered 3,000 uncounted ballots were mail-in votes that appeared to have never made it to polling locations on Election Day.

The ballots loom large as Jesse Mermell trails by 1,377 votes to Jake Auchincloss with more than 96% of precincts reporting.

ah yes, the old "We found 3,000 ballots that had somehow gone uncounted in the election that was at a 1400 vote margin"

also, the final line quote from the city councilor saying what a great success mail-in-voting has been and how it disproves donald trump's claims... as they're busy counting these 3000 previously disenfranchised voters

Gerrymandering is an inherent shortcoming of all democracies using districting. There's no such thing as an unbiased, neutral way to distribute votes across people who lives in wildly varying geographic population densities and demographic clusters
There's no real way for democrats to get around the fact that their supporters are packed like sardines into cities while republicans often have slight majorities in suburbs and huge swathes of uncontested rural areas

I believe the label chief justice john roberts used to dismiss those trying to come up with some objective criterion was "sociological gobbledygook"

In other words, it’s time for Antifa and BLM to invade the suburbs.

From wiki
In 2015, an analyst reported that the two major parties differ in the way they redraw districts. The Democrats construct coalition districts of liberals and minorities together with conservatives which results in Democratic-leaning districts.[131] The Republicans tend to place liberals all together in a district, conservatives in others, creating clear partisan districts.

But lets focuse on 0.0025% of "fraud"... Still ignoring historical voter suppression issue btw.
