I didn't say he was controlling. I said he was draining large portions of their resources. And he is also trying to dismantle the control over free speech forums - as social media has become one of the main public forums for ideas and sources like Google, Facebook, Twitter. Have become extremely influential over our democracy through their controling of ideas (the politicized fact checking, the removal of videos/messages for merely having a different viewpoint. Algorithms. Shadow banning. Project Veritas)

We all know the mainstream media is tainted in lies and false stories. We've seen it time and time again. Covington, Trump, Jussie Smollett, Russiagate, Ferguson/Michael Brown. "Peaceful protestors". Numerous others. It's never ending.

Why would I care about the tax brackets to look at how far the left has gone towards progressive radicalism?

Sounds more reasonable to look at policy and ideas. The number of far left policies and proposals coming out from people who are becoming more prominent and influential in the Democratic party (Talib, AOC, Omar, along with several others - looks at these Democratic mayor's and city councils Bill de Blasio, Minneapolis City Council, Seattle City County, Mayor Jenny Durkhan). The refusal to call out rioters. The kneeling, and mainstream acceptance of the political group BLM and their awful Marxist ideology.

unfortunately, you, as well as probably millions of your fellow uneducated americans, uncritically bought into that, and it's not hard to imagine why. just dismissing facts and credible reports that don't fit your #alternative reality by claiming 'left wing media' has ulterior motives, pretending like their establishment bias (which undeniably exists) somehow translates to outright fabricating lies about trump.

that's why it's called a cult. everything you don't WANT to be true, you dismiss as "fake", without even looking into it with a critical eye. pathetic.

It's not hard to see that the media is fake when in the majority of cases, when you cross reference and read multiple stories of the same event, you can tell it doesn't add up and find additional details purposefully being ignored. Hell, you can just read the article if you've read enough if them and ask questions while you go and see that parts and information to stories are missing. This has happened time and time again, and the users here point them out all the time.

Big media's journalism has lost almost all of it's credibility. Small local media, and independent journalists/commentators that are their own boss and that cross-check references, is where the good information is at.
