It makes sense for a community like that. There's no reason to let people post obvious garbage just to poison the well.

The down side is that sometimes important stories aren't covered by the white listed media, but as long as you are responsible about maintaining your white list it isn't a problem. No clue if they are adequately maintaining it though.

I don't care if he was dancing the Nutcracker Suite. He attacked officers of the law, while they were legally performing their duty.
