nah that's stupid shit that people who can only think in caricature terms think. did trump invite and encourage russia to meddle with the elections on his behalf? sure. have the russians done that? demonstrably and rather extensively so. do i think that alone won the election for him? of course not. hillary was a terrible candidate, who thought she had already won the presidency, and although she got millions of more votes, she lost the election to trump. obviously there's a multitude of reasons, and only someone genuinely stupid would suggest that any one factor can only be either decisive, or completely irrelevant - it's a false choice that stupid people use in order to dismiss aspects they don't like, so it's hardly surprising that you uncritically bought into that narrative, lol.

Like BXZ said it's obvious that shit hurt her campaign and just fanned the flames. It's not the only reason but shooting herself in the foot and limp over the finish line ain't good campaigning strategy.

Who started large scale commercial slavery? Were it the Portuguese? Spanish? Or maybe the Dutch or British. Not sure but those slaves had to be round up in Africa or where ever from and sailed across the big pond.

Pretty sure the French were into this as well. I can look it for ya lmk

i love how you constantly have to refer to other people's posts, because you haven't managed to make a single reasonable or coherent point yourself in this whole thread. but sure, let's just agree on that part. all i'm saying is that i think it's blown out of proportion by butthurt snowflakes who got triggered by her comments - usually the same people who on the other hand keep pretending that the massive influence that russia exerted to the benefit of, and with the expressed consent of trump, was somehow NOT a factor at all.

it's pointless speculation anyway, trump is president, hillary lost, so stop obsessing over her and what she called you once, before swiftly apologising for it. let's get back to the topic of this thread: exploitation of workers by capitalist societies.

have you done some research on its prevalence in different countries, since you were so determined to compare the US with germany? is that why you're trying to change the subject? and again, my criticism of it is NOT targeted at you personally, UNLESS you're being a stupid person and try to defend the practice, as long as your fellow countrymen do it - because that's just pathetic, both morally and intellectually.

One just has to google 'Sansibar' and 'arabic slave trade' - slavery is not an invention by the Western devil... it has been a staple for all of human history.

Like I said earlier in this thread: the problem with slavery is that it's really profitable for everyone except the slaves. Banning it requires the dedication to human rights, compassion and solidarity to outweigh personal gain - and the more different and 'foreign' the slaves or quasi-slaves are, the harder it is to do that. Slaves are almost always foreign people or migrant workers for this exact reason.

the fan fiction gets more absurd the more you guys are triggered. pure projection from bigoted dimwits.

anyone who seriously suggests that trump won because hillary called his supporters 'deplorables', needs to get their head checked. no one who didn't already support him was insulted by that, you fail at basic logic. it's a flimsy excuse, that's it.

so you never wrote rage essays on here about your “nemesis” stephen miller? or kushner or russia? that’s your take? lmao!

I know it's not exclusive to the western world, every african tribe took slaves when they conquered next door's village. Saucepot6K would like to have everyone believe it's because of the US hence why I reply that Euro countries were involved in bringing those slaves over.

That's complete rubbish. I started the hilary comment in this thread I need to point you to the post# lmk if you're so hopelessly lost here. And lol if I'd continued my direction saying the same thing as BXZ you'd be bitching I'd copying his words or some retarded reply like that.
You're way to obvious son.

And now you would like me to dig a few more turds up? Haven't you been slammed hard enough? How do you like it that Germany is actually way worse than US when it comes to modern slavery?

Here's proof before we hear your moaning about superior Germany or superior Eu once again.

From global slavery index

The Global Slavery Index estimates that on any given day in 2016 there were 167,000 people in conditions of modern slavery in Germany https://www.globalslaveryindex.org/2018/findings/country-studies/germany/

The Global Slavery Index 2018 estimates that on any given day in 2016 there were 403,000 people living in conditions of modern slavery in the United States https://www.globalslaveryindex.org/2018/findings/country-studies/united-states/

As you can see the situation is much worse in Germany because there are 4 times as much people in the US! If we take demographics into account we need to quadruple the German slavery number to compare to the US!

Throughout this thread you've shown to be completely incapable of mounting any defense against the evidence I presented but this information here is completely ROFLstomping your absurd claims of German / EU superior working conditions.

i've explained to you about half a dozen times that it was never my intention to 'defend' anything, because it's simply indefensible - no matter which country it happens in - and yet you keep insisting that i failed to do something i never even tried. i mean, could you insult your own intelligence any harder if you tried?

and no, working conditions in the EU and germany are significantly better than in the US - that's not an 'absurd claim', but rather a well documented and universally accepted (at least by halfway intelligent people) FACT:

https://www.ituc-csi.org/IMG/pdf/ituc-global-rights-index-2018-en-final-2.pdf - germany is one of only 13 tier I countries, the US is all the way down in tier IV (systematic violations of rights), alongside the likes of vietnam, oman, bolivia, and sierra leone.

that said, i appreciate your effort to find sources (even thought they don't prove what you claim they prove, as you obviously haven't even bothered to read the introductory paragraphs about reporting and how those numbers are estimated), but again, you're completely missing the target here anyway - no one should excuse even just a single case of it, no matter which country the occur in. how do you not get that really simple point?

Wow. My previous guess of a 2 inch thick skull seems to be way off lol.

You still desperately try to keep your EU superiority stance up in a tread dedicated to modern day slavery while I show you evidence that modern day slavery is way more prevalent in Germany then in the US.

Your stupid response going like b-b-but general working conditions are better meow meow

I told you before that those poor immigrants do not benefit at all, are not protected and are forced to live and work in appalling conditions. And are now getting infected by COVID-19 in large numbers!!

All PARDians can see and understand that you with your EU superiority stance got completely destroyed and wiped out. Was EZ btw

ya right, keep yapping, tier IV apologist - and next time at least read the basics concerning the sources you post, so you don't embarrass yourself like that. again, it's your choice to take my criticism of capitalist slavery as a personal insult, because your lizard brain won't let you distinguish between the country you live in, and you as an individual...

You are grasping for straws, my posts giving those sources state very clearly that the numbers are estimates. There's clearly not much space for a brain in that thick skull of yours. What do you think, those poor slaves could just report themselves so the numbers are 100% correct?

That's not even worth a fraction of a counter argument so you just failed again. The difference in the estimates between the US and Germany is massively in favor of the US.

The one embarrassing himself was you again. You might as well stop sobbing and except the place you live in is more like a shit hole then the workers paradise you envision.

lol!
