That's the definition of rape so id say its pretty clear cut as a rape case.
Sure, that's why I said it's technically correct, but I don't typically associate rape with someone putting a finger in someone else's mouth without consent.

However, it's not a well defined word in every day use, probably because it isn't a word that sees every day use.
If the point of words is to communicate ideas in a way that can be understood accurately, using "rape" instead of "sexual assault" seems like bad practice in this case.
