what i meant by that was simply in the context of Palestine declining this deal in the OP before it was even fully presented. as in "they denied this deal, which is clearly not their dream deal, but even if they were given and accepted a dream deal, violence would still come back into the situation." as in, no deal is going to stop sectarian violence because the Palestinian leadership, rogue factions of their loosely held together organization, and citizenry aren't always on the same page, nor would they be after a deal. if leadership takes a deal all that needs to happen is some attack not sanctioned by leadership and we're back off to the races.
